April the giraffe's lengthy birth livestream drove people wild with anticipation, with many questioning if she was even pregnant at all. But, after weeks of sitting on the edge of their seats, almost 2 million people got to watch April finally give birth to her much-awaited baby.

South Carolina photographer Erin Dietrich -- a.k.a. human giraffe mom -- shot to internet fame she decided to start her own pregnancy livestream, complete with giraffe mask. Dietrich's video gained over 11 million views in just 16 hours and the internet couldn't get enough of it.

Of course, it was only a matter of time before the giraffe moms met face-to-face. On Tuesday, Dietrich took along her baby Porter to meet April the giraffe and her newborn.

April the giraffe really took to baby Porter, who was dressed up like a giraffe.
