The Little Tokyo Parkinson’s Support Group will hold their monthly meeting on Saturday, March 22, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Union Church of Los Angeles, 401 E. Third St. in Little Tokyo.

The speaker will be Kathleen Ross-Allee, who has been a popular guest numerous times in the past. A graduate of Loyola Marymount University, she is a certified yoga specialist and clinical health and wellness educator with over 35 years of experience.

She is currently employed at Kaiser Woodland Hills and deals with various diseases and issues involving exercise. She also works at the Cedars Sinai Tower, USC Keck and Norris Cancer Centers and has had her own business, Leen Bodies Yoga Therapy and Fitness, since 1992.

Members, their families and friends, and anyone interested is welcome to attend.
