【real amateurs cheating sex videos】Not the gold medal winner: Twitter gets the wrong Kyle Chalmers

Aussies seem to love two things recently: Winning gold medals and real amateurs cheating sex videosmistaken identities on Twitter.

It's happened again, as 18-year-old wunderkind Kyle Chalmers took out a shocking win at the 100m freestyle at the Rio Olympics, beating out American Nathan Adrian and compatriot Cameron McEvoy to claim gold in the final on Wednesday night.

Let's face it though, Chalmers is lapping up the instant notoriety, particularly when strangers on the internet start to admire your "humility" and are proud of you for some reason.

The wrong Kyle Chalmers people have been tweeting at is actually a 19-year-old trainee radio communication technician from Glasgow in Scotland, who is having fun at the mistake.

"I will lap it all up while it goes on, I'm always up for a laugh ... so waking up to 2,000 notifications was a bit of a surprise but reading the tweets I shared a chuckle, so yeah it's all good here," Chalmers told Mashable Australiavia Twitter.

In case you're wondering, the real swimming Kyle Chalmers doesn't appear to have a Twitter account. You could leave a message on his Instagram account, however.
