SANTA BARBARA —?Buddhist Church of Santa Barbara,isolation tank eroticism 1015 E. Montecito St. in Santa Barbara, will hold its Obon Festival on Saturday, July 18, from 12:30 to 5 p.m. Admission is free.
Featuring Bon dance, karate demonstration, Japanese craft sale, flower arranging, bonsai, origami, games, Buddhist service, and bento lunch box from Studio Nihon (pre-order recommended; form available on website).
The final dance practice will be held on Friday, July 17, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The church will hold its cemetery service on Saturday at 10 a.m. and Hatsubon service at 11 a.m.
