On September 12th, the sunset sky of Madrid witnessed the presentation of the most disruptive WEB3 event of the year at the skybar of the Ocean Drive Hotel.

Paula Cortés, CEO and founder of Merge Madrid, gave a glimpse of what will be this congress that aims to unite under one roof the most representative profiles of the ecosystems of Europe and Latin America, from regulators to protocols and user communities. 

There was institutional presence, such as those of Ignacio Azorín, General Director of Digital Strategy of the Community of Madrid and ángel Ni?o, Councilor for Innovation of the Madrid City Council, who certified that this path initiated by Merge Madrid is an opportunity to turn the capital into an international technological Hub supported by disruptive technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain. 

In addition, also intervened as co-organizer of the event Edgar Plasencia, Country Manager of Bitget, who shared a milestone for the exchange: having reached 30 million users.
