Zenshuji Soto Mission will present its 66^thannual Obon Carnival on Saturday and Sunday, July 20-21, from 12 to 7 p.m.

Obon service will be held at 1:30 p.m. both days.

Cultural activities — Bon Odori and tea ceremony.

Entertainment — Taiko drumming, folk dance and music, Shorinji Kempo.

Food — Barbecue chicken and beef, tamales, chirashi sushi, Okinawa dango, wonton, somen, corn, ohagi, saved ice, umeboshi.

The carnival will also include a white elephant sale, crafts and a raffle.
