There have ????? ??? ?? ?? ????????been a slew of comments from folks around the world publicly mourning last weekend's horrific mass shooting in Orlando, and artists in the music industry want to add their support.

Rapper and actor Kid Cudi is one of the many celebrities who have expressed their sorrow and frustrations on social media, but Cudi is took it a step further in a series of tweets that addressed the hip hop industry's lack of vocal support for LGBTQ rights

He even singled out the hip hop community for their lack of LGBTQ inclusiveness.

"Wanna say its really awesome to see so many people have my back when I speak my heart," he tweeted the next day. "Love to all who are in need of it today."

Cudi went on to encourage his followers watch a video he retweeted that showed Anderson Cooper reading the names of victims of the attack. 

Hip hop artist Ty Dolla $ign co-signed Kid Cudi's remarks with a simple tweet:
